Plaintiff's appeal, challenging dismissal of his suit to collect a debt owed to him by defendant, is dismissed where the District Court did not err in dismissing plaintiff's claims for violations of the RICO Act, civil conspiracy, and the Illinois Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act.
