Quinlivan (12/20/05 - No. 05-30137) Bankruptcy court discharge of defendant's debt to plaintiff, a law firm, is remanded for findings on the relevant state agency law, and whether, under applicable laws, a particular individual fraudulently secured plaintiff's services as an agent of defendant.
