We'll talk about new requirements BAPCPA imposes on the Trustee's office, on you, and on the debtor at filing, at the 341 meeting, at confirmation and at discharge. We’ll review CMI, automatic stay, structuring a plan, adequate protection and payment of attorney fees. We'll discuss credit counseling, debtor education and anything else you like related to BAPCPA. We’ll review the emerging BAPCPA case law and local decisions of note. Bring real life issues and questions. We'll furnish coffee and cookies.
