In answer to my last post seeking submissions for the DCBA Brief, committee member Tony Mankus has graciously offered to author up to 2 articles on the subjects of avoidance of judicial liens in Bankrupcy and tax issues related to awards in personal injury and Federal discrimination cases. But is this too much for one soul to handle on their own? Maybe. So I am now seeking contributors and co-authors who wish to be involved in either of these projects.
